Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders within the UAE will be delivered in approximately 1-2 business days, while international orders may take around 3-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Where are your products made?

Jozoor fragrances are made in UAE, while the oil used in all fragrances are sourced from Europe and include the finest ingredients.

Are your fragrances all natural?

While our fragrances contain some of the purest natural ingredients, extracted with unique expertise, some of the ingredients used are synthetic. This diversity allows our perfumers great creative freedom. Synthetic ingredients are as safe as natural ingredients, and are essential for recreating certain notes or faceting a fragrance.

Can I change or amend the items in my order once it has been placed?

At the moment, you can cancel part of the order. To change or add items, please cancel the order or place a new one. We are actively working on developing more flexible options, so stay tuned for updates.
